A3 paper. Equipment used: 4H(Sketch) and B pencil (Minor shading). Everything else with a mechanical pencil.

Time to complete: (Precisely on my stopwatch) 55 hours,42 minutes and 16 seconds.

This is the secret project I was doing for some time now.
I always wondered what would my soul look like if I could draw it..

So here it is. This is a representation of me,my soul. Myself.
I have made this for myself, seeing as to how I always draw for others, I made this so that I know on how I will change in the future. Perhaps next year and each year after that I will draw it again, just to see on how I have changed...

Oh and...

I had a great comment here and that...whoops...anyway.  What I was going to say was that I love that you gave yourself the gift of expressing yourself and I love that it is a very unique way (to me at least) of expressing one's soul.  It is very beautiful and detail is astounding.

I don't know which direction you are aiming for in your artwork, but sometimes a new material can be fun and have an interesting affect on our work.  I cannot for the life of me remember the name of these pencils but my father got them recently because he desired a certain velvety texture in his pencil work.  i157.photobucket.com/albums/t6… They are also capable of making great dark marks.  Just a thought for the future in case that is a direction you wish to go. :) Let me know if you would like the name of the pencils, I will try to get them from my father.
